Savor the best of Umbrian food and wine in one delicious tour. Celebrate the culinary bounty of Umbria with a week of tours, tastings, and fine and casual dining. This 8-day, 7-night tour includes many signature highlights of our Immersive Umbria experience, with even more emphasis on the outstanding food and wine offerings of our region.
Expect seasonal foraging and harvests, hearty local cuisine and Michelin-starred dining, and sipping plenty of Umbrian wines in ancient cellars.

Liz and your driver will meet you at Rome Fiumicino airport (FCO) for minibus transfer to Allerona — about a 2-hour drive. Along the way, we’ll give you an introduction to the week ahead.

Get ready for goats! Today, we’ll visit a cheese farm, pet some goats and sample delicious cheese, before heading to another premium winery for lunch.
